Ausmusic T-Shirt Day – a huge success

We are delighted to announce that total income from this year’s Ausmusic T-Shirt Day is $110,884. This is an incredible result and almost 4 times our initial goal.

We would like to thank everyone who set up a team fundraising page; mobilised support within their workplace or community; made an individual donation; posted a photo to social media; donated a percentage of t-shirt sales; or shared the love in any other way to support the campaign!

A big shout out to Universal / EMI, Powerderworkers, and Emanate for being the Top 3 fundraisers on our Leaderboard. They represent the great diversity of the campaign – a leading record company, a passionate fan base, and a hi tech company of the future. They were joined by more than 90 other publishers, collection agencies, ticketing agencies, promoters, production companies, managers, artists, venues, PR companies, local councils, politicians, public servants, unionists, designers, accountants, individual music lovers and more. We salute and thank you all.

We would also like to acknowledge Levi’s and their wonderful in store t-shirt campaign which raised close to $25k; and thank our partners ARIA and triple j.
