Access All Areas: Creating a safe and thriving Music Industry for all is, is a music industry training program led by Support Act and developed in partnership with Music Victoria.

Designed to educate members of the music workforce how to actively intervene when witnessing sexual harassment, sexual assault, harassment and bullying by:

• Defining the behaviours and focus of change
• Understanding why there is no easy and quick fix, but many actions that add up to make a big difference
• Exploring and defining what your individual responsibility might look like.

This training is a space for active learning and skill practice, expect to leave with the confidence to respond safely and effectively when witness sexual misconduct, bullying and discrimination.
