Yarning Strong – Mindfulness and Reflection



This First Nation’s focused event, Yarning Strong – Mindfulness and Reflection, is now on the new date of Monday 19 December, and will be our final Yarning Strong event of the year.

We will reflect on all our Yarning Strong’s throughout the year and highlight all the key takeaways that you can reflect on moving into the new year.

We will also talk about mindfulness, this discussion will touch on awareness focusing on the present moment and acknowledging one’s feeling, thoughts and sense of self when it comes to our mental health and wellbeing.

Taking a deep breath of this year and exhaling for the next year to come.
