Music on My Mind: Campaign & Rave

Around 45 percent of people in Australia will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. In any one year, approximately 1 million Australian adults have depression and over 2 million have anxiety.  Rates are even higher in musicians, who are almost seven times as likely to have thought about suicide in the past 12 months in comparison to the general population, and have more than double the rate of suicide attempts.

To address this, electronic music platform Rave Reviewz ( is launching MUSIC ON MY MIND – a music and mental health campaign with the aim of raising funds and awareness of mental health issues in the public AND music community. We hope you can support the cause!

Make a donation to Support Act through this page and at the end of the campaign the funds will be split equally between Support Act, beyondblue and the Black Dog Institute.

Support Act helps artists and music workers who are facing hardship due to illness, a mental health condition, injury or some other crisis.

beyondblue aims to equip everyone in Australia with the knowledge and skills to achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live. MORE INFO

Black Dog Institute is dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by depression, bipolar disorder and suicide. MORE INFO

Please note: your tax deductible donation receipt will be from Support Act, who are receiving the donation but will transfer an equal percentage to beyondblue and Black Dog Institute after the campaign.
