Jolene Brown joined the Support Act team in July 2015, as the Administrator. She has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and administration, across a range of industries in different parts of the world.
Jolene has a BA Honours degree in Industrial Relations and Journalism/Media Studies, as well as a post-graduate Certificate in Marketing.
Her previous roles have included Marketing Manager at Empire Marina, Sydney, Marketing Co-ordinator for G Adventures, Melbourne, Marketing Administration Assistant at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Melbourne, and Directors’ Personal Assistant at Horizon Yacht Charters, Caribbean. “It means so much more to be working in an organization where what you do everyday, not matter how insignificant, makes a real difference to people’s lives”.
