Support Act is a small charity and most staff are employed on a part-time basis. For this reason, we may not be able to take your call or read your email immediately, but we will get back to you promptly.

If contacting us by phone, your call will be answered by an answering service. If your query cannot be answered in this initial call, you will then be called back by a member of our team.

If you’re emailing or calling us to clarify the status of your crisis relief application, please be advised that it can take up to 21 days for our social workers to process these, given the current high volume. Please do not contact us before then as we are unable to give you any additional information or advise where you are in the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
