A range of mental health support services and wellbeing programs for those working in the SA music industry are now available, thanks to a $250,000 grant provided by the South Australian Government as part of the See it LIVE music package.

The industry-specific prevention, education and training programs include Mental Health First Aid training, Access All Areas active bystander training, First Nations mental health and wellbeing workshops, Workplace Wellbeing Check-Ins and much more.

The programs are delivered in partnership with MusicSA.

The funding will also ensure SA music industry professionals can continue accessing the Support Act Wellbeing Helpline – a free, confidential phone counselling service that is staffed by psychologists with direct experience of working in music and the arts.

The service is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per year by calling 1800 959 500 within Australia.
