Frequently Asked Questions
Am I included in the creative industries?
Creative industries cover a wide range of fields. If you work in music, screen, performing arts, festivals, visual arts, writing, design, digital, gaming, museums, galleries, or any other creative or cultural sector, you’re part of the creative industries. If your work relies on imagination, craft, expression, or cultural production, you belong here.
What if I work in the arts?
Arts workers are absolutely included. Whether you’re a performer, producer, curator, technician, writer, teacher, administrator, or behind-the-scenes specialist, you’re part of the ecosystem we support.
Do I need to prove I’m a creative worker to access support?
You don’t need to jump through hoops. If you make the bulk of your income working in the creative industries in any capacity, you’re welcome to access our Wellbeing Helpline service, and our events and training program.Â
Our Crisis Relief and other financial relief programs are open to people working in music – in any genre or capacity, and some may require documentation to access.Â
