Our hero offerings include six specialised programs, delivered quarterly. These workshops all seek to educate and promote greater awareness around mental health and wellbeing, psychological safety, diversity, equity and inclusion.
Additional workshops are currently in development and may be offered as well as or instead of existing offerings.
Educating teams about mental health in music helps to create a work environment where people understand the unique challenges inherent to this industry. It also de-stigmatises open and honest chats about mental health and empowers folks to take better care of themselves and one another.
