DIGITAL BRUNCH BOOTCAMP

Tune into a live 45 minute Zoom webinar over brunch, hosted by a music industry/mental health expert. Meet Mental Health Advocates across organisations and take part in online activities, interactive quizzes and role play to put your mentally healthy skills to the test.

TEAM SUPPORT SESSION

Get your team together for a live in-person or online collaborative 60 minute group discussion session. Led by a trained mental health practitioner, this session will allow you to explore the unique challenges and strengths of your team and find out how the info from the hero-offering training workshops can be practically applied in your workplace.
